We are seeking an experienced medical billing and collection specialist for our pediatric office in Woodstock. This person will be responsible, overseeing patient A/R, working balance reports, making financial arrangements with patients for account balances, and processing accounts for collections.
- Must have 2-3 years of pediatric medical billing and collection experience.
- Experience with balancing compassion for our patients and upholding our need to collect balances.
- Manage payment plans
- Work patient aging balance reports
- Work along with our insurance coordinator regarding outstanding claims
- Excellent customer service skills.
This position may help with front office duties as needed: answering phones, scheduling appointments and check in/outpatients. Competitive salary and benefits available. This position is on-site, not remote.

Hourly Wage: $20.00+ commensurate with experience
Kids Health First: We are an Association of 37 Pediatric Practices in the Atlanta area, looking for an experienced medical billing/collection specialist to work onsite at our community pediatric offices. Our Association will review resumes and conduct the initial candidate screening. Our goal is to make available to our practices, a pool of qualified candidates for their consideration. Interviews and final decisions are made by the pediatric practices, based on their current individual needs and hiring processes. Salary and benefits are determined by individual practices.
